By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of the Software immediately.

3.2 Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or under applicable law.

4.1 The Software and all related materials, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and source code, are the property of ANSS STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 You shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Software beyond the scope permitted in these Terms without prior written consent.
5. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
5.1 You shall not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.2 You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Software, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
5.3 You shall not upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software through the Software.

6.2 Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the respective third parties.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Refunds will be provided only if the Company is unable to deliver the promised Services.
7.2 Refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame, as outlined in our refund policy. Failure to raise a refund request within the stipulated period will render you ineligible for a refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
8.1 The Software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2 We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Software.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 In no event shall ANSS STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
9.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for using the Software in the preceding three months.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks, or technical failures.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.

12.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
