ANSS STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and has a fair cancellation and refund policy for OneClick Album Software.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of purchase and before the product has been shipped.
Once the dongle and pendrive has been shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided once the dongle or pendrive has been shipped to the customer.
If the product is found to be defective upon delivery, we will provide a replacement after verification.
Refunds will not be processed for issues caused by system incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to meet the system requirements mentioned on our website.
In case of accidental double payments or overcharges, customers can request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
